PUBLIC SERVICE PROVISION IN MUNICIPAL UNIONS IN LEBANON
- Analysis of municipal service delivery including solid waste management, security (municipal police, road security, community safety), and governance (outreach and transparency).
- Preparation of a detailed survey methodology and an analytical grid (questionnaires) for the data analysis process to be applied to 75% of unions of municipalities in Lebanon.
- Progress, recommendations, and final reports based on consultations and focus group discussions with presidents of unions of municipalities.
