EVALUATION FOR THE NRC WASH ITS & CSP PROGRAME
- The overarching objective of this evaluation is to answer whether the program is improving water, sanitation, and hygiene for refugee and host community groups, if it meets its targets, and what could have been done differently to meet targets in the future.
- Understand the effectiveness of the community engagement through WASH focal points and their added value to sustainability within
- Produce operational recommendations on output level, in order to update ToCs and expand to new outputs.
- Inform WASH team’s prioritization of future activities and strategies geared towards the implementation of a more sustainable, environmental, more inclusive, and gender-
- Guide the development of a three-year WASH strategy (2022-2025) in line with the NRC Lebanon strategy cycle (help prioritize on advocacy, fundraising, and building partnerships action).
