Building the capacity of municipalities and unions of municipalities - Training manual
This revised copy of the Strategic Planning Training Manual is situated within the broader context of the UN-Habitat Local Strategic Planning at the level of municipalities and unions of municipalities, which was originally published in 20121. During its development and implementation, several challenges emerged, including resource constraints and training requirements. An implementation gap between different levels necessitated regional planning to address this divide. Consequently, this revision aims to address these contextual issues, enhancing the effectiveness and coherence of the overall planning process.
